This Privacy Policy explains how MojImot, a mobile and web application for real estate listings (“Application”), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data. The Application is operated by Goce Lozanovski (“Service Provider”).

When you create an account, publish a listing, or use certain features, we may collect:

full name or display name;

profile photo, if you add one;
agency profile information, if you create an agency account;
agency logo, cover photo, and description;
listing information, such as price, description, location, photos, video links, and property characteristics;
messages, requests, or support inquiries you send to us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Application, we may automatically collect technical and analytics information, such as:

IP address;
device type, operating system, and app version;
date and time of use;
pages or screens you visit;
time spent in the Application;
crash, performance, and diagnostic data;
interactions with listings, such as views, favorites, and contact clicks.

1.3 Location Data

The Application may process location data related to listings, such as city, municipality, neighborhood, street, or approximate/exact property location, when provided by the user.

If the Application uses GPS or device location in the future, it will only do so with your permission through the device’s system permissions.

create and manage user accounts;
provide login and authentication;
publish, edit, and display listings;
display agency profiles;
enable contact between users and advertisers;
personalize search results and recommendations;
support favorites, listing views, and analytics;

3. Login Through Third-Party Providers

The Application may allow login or registration through services such as Google, Facebook, or other supported providers. In that case, we may receive basic information from the provider, such as your name, email address, profile photo, and unique provider identifier, according to the permissions you approve.

Do not publish information that you do not want to be publicly available.

8. Subscriptions, Promotions, and Payments

If you purchase a subscription, listing boost, or another paid feature, payment may be processed through Google Play Billing or another authorized payment system. MojImot does not store your full payment card details.

We may store purchase-related information, such as plan type, product ID, status, activation date, expiration date, purchase token, or order identifier, in order to provide the purchased service.

9. Advertising and Analytics

The Application may use analytics to improve the service and advertising to support monetization. These services may process technical data, device identifiers, ad interactions, and other information according to their own policies.

Where available, you can change personalized advertising settings through your device settings or Google account settings.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed or stored on servers outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used, such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

account data: while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion;
listings and related data: while listings are active, archived, or needed for legal/security purposes;
analytics and technical data: up to 24 months, unless longer retention is required;
aggregated or anonymized data: may be retained longer because it no longer identifies you;
data required for legal compliance: for as long as required by applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may request:

You may stop using the Application by logging out or uninstalling it. Uninstalling the Application stops further local use but does not automatically delete data already transmitted to us or to third-party services.

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age.
