Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your MojImot account, what data is removed, and how long it takes. If you cannot access the app, you can also submit a deletion request by email.
1. Delete Your Account from the App
To delete your account directly from the MojImot Android app:
- Open the MojImot app.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app (e.g. you have lost your device or forgot your password), you can request account deletion by emailing us at:
Please include the email address associated with your MojImot account so we can locate and delete it. We will process your request within 30 days.
3. What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
- All your real estate listings and their photos
- Your agency profile and associated photos (if applicable)
- Your saved favorites
- Your subscription and boost purchase history
- Your in-app notifications
- Your app preferences and settings
4. What May Be Retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Aggregated and anonymized analytics — views, search impressions, and contact statistics that can no longer identify you personally.
- Reports submitted for safety purposes — if a report was filed involving your account, it may be retained to ensure platform safety and prevent abuse.
- Data required by law — transaction records or other data that applicable law requires us to keep for a defined period.
5. Retention Period
After you request account deletion, your account is immediately deactivated — you can no longer sign in and your listings are removed from public view.
All personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 90 days of the deletion request.
This action is permanent. Deleted accounts and their data cannot be recovered after the 90-day period.
